School bus loses control, weaves into oncoming traffic

The driver of a school bus in Boca Raton, Fla., says the vehicle’s brakes and steering wheel locked up, causing it to spin out of control. The bus, which was filled with students, dodged oncoming cars until the driver was finally able to slow it to a stop by rubbing its tires against a curb.
