‘Artist’ behind botched fresco gets merch deal

Cecilia Gimenez, whose attempt to restore a fresco of Christ went horribly wrong, has raised over $66,000 for the church after the artwork went viral. It became a huge tourist draw in the small town of Borja, Spain, and a merchandising deal is in the works.
