Significant decrease in childhood obesity is a first

According to health officials the obesity rate for low-income preschoolers declined slightly in 18 states, the first-ever nationwide decrease in the epidemic, which has been growing for decades. But the Centers for Disease Control warns that rates are still too high, with one in three children and teens overweight.
