Criminal charges filed in Benghazi attack

The Justice Department has filed the first criminal charges in the deadly September 2012 attack on the US diplomatic mission in Benghazi, Libya, accusing the head of a Libyan militia of murder as well as charging other unnamed suspects in the attack that killed four Americans, including ambassador Chris Stevens.
