>> trending on youtube, how fast can you go on a treadmill? robert gill, a wide receiver posted this video of himself running 25 miles per hour on a treadmill. this already raised to nearly 3 million views and robert joins us now. robert , good morning to you.

>> how are you doing.

>> can you run and talk at the same time.

>> i can do it.

>> i didn't even know a treadmill can go up to 25 miles per hour.

>> when you're running with speed you have to push yourself to the limits. that's what i do.

>> ours doesn't go as fast as that. 10 miles is the top speed there but you actually made the team. the cardinals took you on. i know it's been a hard road to get there, though. do you think this was the proof that you're only as old as you feel.

>> yeah, i mean, speed kills, so cardinals fell in love with the speed and i'm going to make the most of it this year.

>> how do you practice to get to 25 miles per hour. when i look at that i cringe. it looks so dangerous.

>> well, when you're running as fast as i do, you want to push yourself to the limit to go faster to 25 miles per hour was the next level for me.

>> all right. willie is going to put you to the test.

>> this is too easy for him. you have to catch while you run 25 miles per hour.

>> all right.

>> don't hurt him willie. he's got the season to think about.

>> one nfl expert says the only person he has seen faster in the history of nfl was deion sanders . that's pretty good company.

>> thank you so much. look forward to the season. congrats.
