Harsh words ignite feud between A-Rod and Yankees GM

After Alex Rodriguez tweeted that a doctor had cleared him to play in a rehab game after hip surgery, Yankees General Manager Brian Cashman told ESPN New York that the controversial third baseman “should just shut the (expletive) up.”
