TP shortage means Venezuelans can’t spare a square
Shortages of toilet paper across Venezuela have led to long lines with some people waiting days to stock up on rolls. Economists say the shortages stem from state-controlled prices, which are set below market-clearing price as a way to assist the disadvantaged. TODAY’s Jenna Wolfe reports.
