How a 3D-printed pistol is changing gun regulation
In wake of the first completely homemade 3-D printed gun to be fired successfully, legislators are scrambling to update and reinforce legislation related to undetectable guns. Meanwhile, many are opposing such restrictions in order to allow innovation in 3-D printing technology. NBC’s Janet Shamlian reports.
