Heavy rains flood Texas, Tennessee

Storms sparked flash floods in Texas and Tennessee over the weekend, damaging homes and businesses throughout the region. Meanwhile, residents along the Red River in North Dakota are preparing to deal with a fourth year of flooding in a row. TODAY’s Al Roker reports.

>> a lot of flooding and amazing stuff. sugarland, texas with the flooding. houston alone, 150 high water rescues out of vehicles. roof collapse and buildings flooded. unbelievable stuff. as we move to tennessee, we are talking about a lot of flooding as well. that moisture is making its way up to the north. here's what's going on in the red river at fargo. increasing clouds and more rain. they are at major flood stage at 30.8 feet and over the next 72 hours , we expect to top out at 37 feet which is about a foot below what they expect and hopefully all that sandbagging
