Cherry Blossom Festival time in D.C.

Tourists are flocking to Washington D.C. to see the Yoshino Cherry tree blossoms that line the tidal basin as the festival marks the 101th anniversary of Japan's gift to the capitol. TODAY.com's Dara Brown reports.
