Julia Pearson named first female Secret Service head

In a historic move, President Obama will officially announce he is appointing Julia Pearson as director of the Secret Service, making her the first woman ever to lead the agency. She is currently the agency’s chief of staff. NBC’s Kristen Welker reports.
