Romney speaks out about losing election

Romney spoke to fellow Republicans at CPAC, the Conservative Political Action Committee conference in Maryland. “It was more from the heart than we heard from him in a lot of the year,” Mark Halperin, a senior political analyst for MSNBC and TIME, told TODAY’s Erica Hill.
