Another Carnival cruise has electrical problems
The second Carnival cruise liner to have electrical issues within a month, the Carnival Dream, is currently docked at Philipsburg, St. Maarten, after experiencing “technical” problems with elevators and toilets. Passengers are not being permitted off the boat due to “accountability issues.”
