>> reporter: good morning, savannah. this happened at about 10:30 this morning. coalition military source told nbc a single gunmen in an afghan local police officer form, had been one or dressed like one, entered a meeting, took out his weapon and opened fire. there were at least two dead, there may be more than that and a number of other casualties. this happened in warbak a suburb of kabul and one of the subjects this past weekend when u.s. defense secretary chuck hagel visited this weekend. he got a private meeting with president hamid karzai . they didn't do the traditional joint press conference in the end. they discussed wardak where karzai ordered u.s. coalition and others leave there, he gave a two-week deadline, that deadline passed and those special forces have not retreated. more controversy and now more violence.
