Judge orders mediation for Martha Stewart case
A New York City judge has ordered Martha Stewart’s company, Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia, to go into mediation with Macy’s and J.C. Penney to resolve their conflict dispute. Stewart was in court this week to defend her company’s deal with J.C. Penney to sell housewares despite an exclusive contract with Macy’s.
