North Korea general: Nuclear missiles ready

After cancelling all non-aggression agreements with South Korea, North Korean officials continue to maintain that the country could carry out a preemptive nuclear strike against the U.S.

>> good morning, natalie. pyongyang said it was canceling all nonaggression agreements with south korea and that they had nuclear long-range missiles to blast off. there is no evidence that the north has mastered the difficult step of putting a nuclear warhead on its missiles. still, kim jong un was reviewing after a they said they would launch a preemptive strike against the u.s. even if that is an empty threat, the u.s. may be drawn into a conflict with south korea . south korea and japan are now increasingly worried. only 28 years old, the leader is changing the landscape of threats.
