‘Steven Tyler Act’ passes in Hawaii senate

Hawaii has passed a new celebrity privacy law, the so-called “Steven Tyler Act,” meant to protect celebrities from prying paparazzi. The Aerosmith singer, who has a home in Maui, complained that photographers disturbed his family by peering into their home with long camera lenses.
