Did Lance Armstrong lie to Oprah?

Travis Tygart, the chief executive of the American anti-doping authority, said Armstrong did not confess the full extent of his cheating in his interview with Oprah Winfrey. Tygart has given Armstrong a deadline to tell the whole truth, or risk consequences. TODAY’s Jenna Wolfe reports.
