Circus gets $9.3 million over elephant abuse claims

A federal judge has dismissed a lawsuit brought by the ASPCA over the Ringling Brothers circus that claimed they were abusing elephants. Now, the animal rights organization has agreed to pay Ringling a settlement of $9.3 million. NBC’s Kerry Sanders reports.
