For easy clean-up, cook up a meal in foil

Cooking in foil is a technique that goes back to the 1950s, but in busy families, it’s becoming popular again. Chris Kimball of “America’s Test Kitchen” demonstrates how you can whip up three meals in foil: pot roast, cod with herbed vegetables, and chicken with fennel, orange, and carrots.
