Circus is paid $9.3 million settlement from ASPCA

There has been a costly outcome in a legal battle between Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey Circus and the American Society for the Protection of Cruelty to Animals. NBC’s Kerry Sanders has more on the unusual twist ending to this lawsuit.
