Obama acknowledges challenges of new gun laws

President Obama, who is preparing to unveil new gun policy proposals later this week based on the work of Vice President Biden’s task force, admits, “I don’t know” if they will all “get through this Congress,” as Newtown families push for dialogue about guns. NBC’s Chuck Todd reports.
