Kate’s portrait gets a not-so-royal reception

The Duchess of Cambridge may have celebrated her 31st birthday this week, but critics are saying that her newly unveiled official portrait at the National Portrait Gallery makes the royal look significantly older. NBC’s Duncan Golestani reports.
