‘Deck of cards’ workout is perfect for travel

TODAY correspondent and certified fitness instructor Jenna Wolfe spends a lot of time on the road and has learned that you can’t always rely on a hotel to have gym facilities. Instead, she assigns a different exercise to each suite of a deck of cards to keep her workout interesting and effective when traveling.
