Fitness trainers take over parks in Santa Monica

Residents of the California city are complaining about the noise and crowds created by fitness classes held in public parks, prompting lawmakers to propose a measure that would charge trainers a yearly fee and 10 to 15 percent of their revenue to use the parks. NBC’s Diana Alvear reports.
