Fiscal cliffhanger? Congress scrambles to strike a deal

The House and Senate were back in session Sunday with less than 48 hours before the “fiscal cliff” deadline and still no deal in sight. As lawmakers negotiate, many Americans say the episode represents a lack of leadership on both sides of the fence. NBC’s Kristen Welker reports.
