Mad dash is on for holiday shoppers

“I know who I need to buy for, but not what I'm buying yet,” said one shopper, who was looking to find the perfect gift before time runs out. Retailers are pulling out all the stops in the final days before Christmas, with some stores staying open around the clock until Christmas Eve. NBC’s Michelle Franzen reports.
