Congressman: Mental health bigger issue than guns

In the wake of the Sandy Hook Elementary School tragedy, politicians are renewing the debate on gun control. NBC’s Tom Costello reports on the growing calls for a new assault weapons ban, while Republican Congressman Jason Chaffetz of Utah says mental health should be our focus.
