Victim’s cousin: Her smile would ‘light up a room’

John Engel, the cousin of Sandy Hook victim Olivia Engel, 6, thanks the public for the support that has been shown to his family, describing her as an “outgoing” child who “would light up a room with her smile,” and saying her family’s faith is “getting them through this.”
