Man arrested after firing 50 shots in Calif. mall car lot

A California man is behind bars after opening fire at in the parking lot of a Newport beach mall. Witnesses say the 42-year old fired into the air and onto the ground causing panic as shoppers ran and ducked for cover. TODAY’s Natalie Morales reports.
