Penn State sorority apologizes for Mexican-themed party

The sisters of Penn State’s Chi Omega sorority have issued an apology after offensive photos of them posing at a Mexican-themed party with mustaches and signs about marijuana went viral. The statement read in part, “Personal degradation has no place in our organization.” NBC’s Andrea Canning reports.
