Amway gives $300,000 to TODAY toy drive

Kelli Miller, director of Amway Brand for Amway North American, announces that the company is giving more than $300,000 worth of spa sets and other personal care items to the TODAY Show Toy Drive for teens and tweens, who often get left out of holiday gift drives.

>> are really overwhelmed by generosity for our 19th annual "today" show toy dry. a lot of folks in our crowd bringing in toys. we've sent out nearly $15 million worth of gifts. toys from this morning's toy drive, there you see elijah wood collecting. they are on their way to abandoned kids in florida. helping us out kelly miller from amway north america . thanks for being here.

>> absolutely, al. i want to say on behalf of amway and our independent business owners we're so pleased to be here today. this is our eighth year participating in the toy drive, and i just have to say it's one of our favorite parts of the holiday season . we wouldn't miss this for the world. today we have over $300,000 worth of personal care and bath and body products from amway that we're very excited to be able to donate to teenagers out there.
