>>> a second coach has knocked out competition on "the voice" last night as adam lavigne's two remaining contestants were eliminated and they join us now. ladies, thanks for joining us.

>> hi.

>> amanda, i'm guessing this had to be a bit of a shock for you.

>> you know, for me, i was kind of prepared for, you know, whatever, you know, going into this. i never really knew how far i'd go, and so each week was kind of a blessing, so, yeah, i mean, i kind of stood up there and said, you know, whatever happens happens.

>> melanie, have you a unique sound, every talks about your unique style. do you think that helped or hurt you in.

>> i believe that i was just myself the whole time, and i think that that's all i could be, so, i mean, i've gotten this far. no minor has gotten this far on the show, and i'm just really happy and i feel really blessed to be here and i'm excited to move on in my career.

>> amanda, you were originally on cee lo 's team. adam lavigne stole you. do you think it would be different if you were still on team cee lo ?

>> you know, i think that the decisions that i made on this show, either by myself or with adam , were really great decisions, and i kind of stand by them, and i feel i probably would have made very similar decisions if i were, you know, still on team cee lo , so i feel really good, you know, about the performances that i had on the show.
