Operation Santa to answer needy kids' letters

Postal workers are in the process of answering the letters of children who have written to Santa Claus. Operation Santa, which is in its 100th year, allows organizations and individuals to adopt letters to Santa to make children's holiday dreams come true. TODAY.com's Dara Brown reports.
