>> reporter: good morning, matt. the blast took place on a commuter bus in central tel aviv . 16 people were wounded, two of them seriously. we were down there earlier today and the police forces were extremely nervous, thought there was another blast, bomb on board, and they were pushing us back. a tactic very familiar for people in this city and around israel and hasn't been used for a very long time. the last bus blast was in 2004 . the last terrorist attack in tel aviv was 2006 . it's going to make the ongoing diplomatic process even more difficult. soon after the blast a spokesperson for hamas came out and called this attack a --
