Due to a dispute with union workers, Hostess has announced that it will not be able to continue production, resulting in the loss of 18,500 jobs. CEO of Hostess Brands Gregory Rayburn explains why the company famous for Twinkies and Wonder Bread, among other brands, is shutting its doors.
