Congress panel to probe meningitis deaths

The co-owner of the NECC pharmacy tied to the deadly meningitis outbreak has refused to answer questions, leaving federal and state regulators to explain why they allowed a business with a checkered history to keep making drugs. NBC’s Lisa Meyers reports.
