New details are emerging in the tragic story of the dangerous animals let loose in Zanesville, Ohio, a little over a year ago by their owner who then took his life. The emergency responders with orders to shoot to kill are telling their stories in a new MSNBC documentary. NBC’s Jeff Rossen reports.
