Brightly hued makeover revives rural town

Tannersville, N.Y., was a standard-issue faded country town until resident Elena Patterson, a native of South Africa, came up with the radical idea to paint the whole town in cheery, bright colors, which has turned it into a tourist destination. NBC’s Mike Leonard pays a visit.
