Armstrong stripped of Tour de France titles
Cycling’s governing body has ruled that Lance Armstrong will be stripped of his seven Tour de France titles and banned for life from the sport — and may also be forced to pay back $12 million in winnings. NBC’s Keir Simmons reports.
