School tracks students’ locations with I.D. cards
A Texas school requires students to wear special identification cards that counts and locates them on campus. The practice helps the school increase revenues, as they get money from the state for each child who attends. The ACLU has said the practice may violate privacy rights. NBC’s Janet Shamlian reports.
