Baby walrus is Brooklyn’s newest aquatic resident

A 15-month-old orphan walrus calf named Mitik was flown from Alaska to the New York Aquarium in Brooklyn, and zookeepers are hoping that love will soon be in the air for the young male and their 17-year-old female walrus, Kulu.
