Candidates duel over jobs and economy

As both presidential candidates competed for votes in Virginia, Mitt Romney pointed to another round of weak economic numbers while President Obama’s team released an ad that looks to close the deal with voters even before the first of the presidential debates. NBC’s Peter Alexander reports.
