JC Penney exec exits after sales tumble

After just eight months, JC Penney president Michael Francis is leaving the company. The 100-year-old chain’s sales fell 20 percent in the first three months of this year. NBC’s Anne Thompson reports and ad exec Donny Deutsch chats with TODAY’s Ann Curry about what Francis’ departure means for the company’s future.
