>> we saw al got a chance to do some cooking with the first lady and noted chef marcus samuelson. let's take a look at that.
>> what are we cooking?
>> today we're doing a shrimp and vegetable taco.
>> meals like this?
>> pizza, there's a taco, i love that because you can make it healthy. to really have an opportunity to make it healthy. you can make it with chicken, with shrimp in this case.
>> how much ahead of this can you make ahead of time?
>> you can do the whole thing ahead. even the shrimp you want to finish off to the very end. most of it you can definitely do ahead.
>> you don't want to overcook the shrimp. that was asparagus?
>> that was asparagus.
>> and also a trick i see you're cutting things up small.
>> absolutely.
>> so you can fool them.
>> absolutely.
>> fake them out.
>> absolutely. but this is good --
>> sometimes you have to fool them.
>> you have to, right?
>> i see her as the top chef .
>> i know. i could see that.
>> a cooking segment or something.
>> i would love to do a cooking segment. the interesting thing about the white house kitchen everybody it seems that there's huge facility and it's actually pretty small.
>> really?
>> no, it really isn't. but this, of course, they set up just for the -- for the white house easter egg roll .
>> so how was the egg roll ?
>> it was fun. i mean, you think that 30,000 kids in and out between 7:30 a.m . and 6:30 in the evening.
>> and they have an eggtivity zone?
>> it's a lot of fun. we got to play a little basketball with the harlem globe trotters .
