Biden: GOP has ‘no intention’ to pass anything

Democrats failed to muster enough votes in the Senate to advance President Obama’s $447 billion job creation and tax bill. Vice President Joseph Biden tells TODAY’s Ann Curry there’s “no way to finalize a bill,” because Republicans are unwilling to support anything the Obama administration brings to the table.
