This morning routine will have you more awake than coffee

A 90-second routine in the shower each morning – 30 seconds of cold water followed by 30 seconds of hot, then 30 more seconds of cold – will supposedly give you more energy than coffee. TODAY’s Maria Shriver says it works, but Hoda Kotb says that if she took a cold shower in the morning, she’d “be miserable all day.”
