Takata faces record $200 million in fines over air bag defects

U.S. safety regulators are slapping Takata with a hefty fine for failing to disclose defects in its air bags, and the total cost could eventually grow to as much as $200 million. Meanwhile, the size and scope of the Volkswagen scandal is growing. NBC’s Tom Costello reports for TODAY.
