Sugar shock! How to protect your kids from too much sugar
According to new recommendations from the American Heart Association, U.S. children eat three times as much added sugar as they should. NBC News medical contributor Dr. Natalie Azar joins TODAY’s Al Roker and Billy Bush to reveal some of the places all that added sugar is lurking, including kid-flavored yogurt, chocolate pudding cups and even spaghetti sauce.
