Study: Antibiotics don't help patients cope with Lyme disease

A study in the New England Journal of Medicine is suggesting that long-term use of antibiotics does not help in people with persistent symptoms of Lyme disease. The study looked at patients who got antibiotics for 12 weeks and those who got them for two weeks and found the longer treatment did not result in a better quality of life.
